Garments should be washed and dried on medium or low heat.  Using high heat during washing and drying can damage the garment and the designs applied to your  garment.  Garments cared for properly will last for many many washes.   

Custom orders, once proofs are approved are not eligible for cancellation.   If defects which inhibit the wearability of the item are detected after delivery, then the item will be eligible for return and refund. Personalized items are made to order and hence cannot be returned. 

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding select holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped out, we will notify you by email.  Please contact us prior to placing your order to inquire about shipping rates on large orders.
